I had a great stay overall, with quick valet service and clean, spacious accommodations. The casino offered a thrilling experience, and I was impressed by the quick turnaround on drinks while playing blackjack. However, I did find the location of my room a bit far from the elevators, which was slightly inconvenient.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite convenient, especially since it's connected to the casino. However, I was disappointed with the room I received, as I was expecting something more pleasant. On the upside, the locations provide easy access to both entertainment and shopping which made our stay enjoyable. Though the service had its ups and downs, overall it was a nice experience.

I reserved a room with two queen beds, but instead got a king with a cot. The room was in the tower attached to the casino, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the view was not great and faced a parking garage, so I recommend requesting an upper floor for a better experience.

The staff tried their best to accommodate us, but the service was a bit off at times. They apologized for not returning my call regarding the bathtub situation, which was frustrating. There was also an issue with the shift manager, whose odor was quite noticeable and distracting.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It's not only at the center of the strip, but it's also close to Tanger Outlets and connected to other casinos like Bally's. This made it very convenient for us to explore without needing to venture outside much.

We had some delicious meals at the hotel. The restaurant offered a good variety, and the options were tasty. However, I didn't find the dining experience to be exceptional compared to some other places I've visited.
